Your payment and funds must be fully cleared before we place any material onto the site. We will endeavour to place your material online within 24 hours on receipt of clearance. To cancel or alter your order you must inform us by fax or email immediately prior to your material going live on the site. We will refund in full any advertising not yet placed onto the site. Otherwise you must pay the full amount set out in your order.
